Zen AF: Fertility Edition

This journey you're on is hard. Really hard. And between your daily life and your "fertility life" it can sometimes feel like you've got no time to do anything for yourself, even when you know that's what you need the very most.

Give yourself the break you've been craving, and join us for Zen AF: Fertility Edition. We'll meet in the cozy (and pretty magical) Sacred Sloth Treehouse for an hour of gentle, restorative yoga and fertility-focused guided meditation.

If journaling is your jam, feel free to hang out with us in the treehouse afterward to jot some thoughts in your journal, or explore the prompts we'll have ready.

Fertility Art Journaling: Your Holiday Survival Kit

Grab your journal and some art supplies and get ready to experience journaling like you never have before!

While our exact discussion and journaling prompts will be guided by input from everyone who registers, some common themes we will likely touch on include:

how to respond to nosy family and friends
setting boundaries that feel good to you
dealing with events where babies and children will be present
arriving at the holiday season yet againˆ without a baby
creating your own special holiday traditions

This event is perfect for you regardless of whether you journal regularly or not. It is also perfect for you whether you consider yourself to be "artistic" or not. (Spoiler alert: we all are in our own unique way!!)

To participate you will need: your journal or just some blank white paper, any art supplies you have on hand. Examples include colored pencils, crayons, markers, paint, or even just a pencil or a pen.
